BAE Systems in Colorado Springs won a $132 million U.S. Army contract – known as the Concepts and Operations for Space and Missile Defense Integration Capabilities – for three years of work. If all options are exercised, the full contract will last 10 years and be worth $482 million. About 20 people are working on the contract in Colorado Springs, according to BAE.
IHS Inc., an Arapahoe County-based provider of technical information for industries such as energy and defense, announced a secondary stock offering of 8.4 million shares, according to a filing Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The offering, made by an existing shareholder, will not produce any proceeds for IHS.
A&C Properties Inc., an Arizona-based company, paid $10.2 million for the Highlands Ranch Marketplace, a 39,156-square-foot retail center at South University Boulevard and Highlands Ranch Parkway.
